Frequently asked questions

Please visit the Self-Registration page and select ‘Change an SSO (Webauth) password’.
 

Please visit the CONNECT Password Manager page, enter your SSO username and select ‘Forgot My Password’

Please visit the Microsoft Outlook login page.

Enter your SSO followed by @OX.AC.UK (as in abcd1234@OX.AC.UK) and click 'Next'. 

You will then be redirected to the Shibboleth page where you will be required to enter your SSO credentials.

Please submit the Service Request via the Self Service page.

Please visit the CONNECT Password Manager page, enter your SSO username and select ‘Forgot My Password’

Please go to the Password Manager on your device by clicking on the key icon and enter your username (or use another device to access it). Then select ‘Unlock my account’ on the menu.

Please note CONNECT accounts will automatically unlock after 30 minutes.
