If you’re not using a CONNECT Computer you will likely be using a device which has a Local User Account, an example of this would be an Apple Machine within the Gardens & Museums.
If you will be using a device which requires a Local Account this will need to be configured manually so a request to Gardens & Museums IT (it@museums.ox.ac.uk) will need to be sent in advance of the requirement for the account, and also in the event that the password is forgotten.
