The Remote Access Account, more commonly referred to as your Eduroam or Wi-Fi Account is different to your SSO Account and provides just one function, allowing the access to the Eduroam Wireless Service.

For Eduroam Access your Remote Access Username will need to be entered in the following format with your Remote Access Password:
SSOusername@OX.AC.UK e.g. abcd1234@OX.AC.UK
Registering for a Remote Access Services Account is a simple process and can be done via the IT Services Self-Registration Page. Eduroam is only available if you have set up and know the details of this account. If you ever need to change your Remote Access password, select ‘Change a Remote Access (eduroam WiFi) account password.
